Girl, you have to see their live performance for "Earth, Wind, and Fire", they literally rap the speed up part (Baby boo my sweetie darling, think I love you more) And they ATE in their last EP "How ?" coz the Bsides were top tiers and idk, they really give unique sounds

I was about to have to leave this reaction but then it was Bubble and I had to stay because that's my favorite song on the album, personally - it's so unique and it just gives me the most incredible feeling like floating and it's amaaaazing - the harmonies, the chord progressions, their vocals .... it's sooooo amazing. I'd always be for more bsides even if it's a cobbled together version of things you haven't heard. :D

It's SO SATISFYING being a Red Velvet fan, because you can always depend upon them to deliver something that will be such high quality and something that will make you feel good. I have just a couple of artists that really make me feel that way when I listen to them just like - I LOVE MUSIC. MUSIC IS SO GOOD. It's overwhelmingly so good. Rather than like - oh this is a good song. So and so sounds nice here. I could listen to this again. You and I are so the same tho because also me with R&B. Actually boy Nextdoor is known for their group chemistry. It’s no surprising when you know that there is only like 1 year apart between them(2004,2003) except woonhak that was born in 2006

Ohh if u like jaehyuns relationship with sohee, you are going to love his interactions within boy Nextdoor. The guys call him butter myung 😂 cuz he can say and do cheesy things and he is naturally clingy. Also he likes to throw kisses specially at woonhak, who is like his real little brother or even son ( this part is out of jaehyuns mouth btw in an interview😂). In a live, sungho eve said jaehyun sometimes looks at them with a cheesy, butter look 😂😂😂. But that how he looks sometimes at people. Also there is a part in a what door ep (variety show of their channel) where he guesses the members by touching their butts suggested by riwoo cuz he has the habit of patting butts to goof around

A little intro if you want to know them: -Jaehyun(leader): goofy, hyper, laughs and shouts a lot, can be way too cute and surprisingly sexy when he wants to be, vocalist and rapper, songwriter, composer, leads their chaos most of the time, crybaby, scaredy-cat(literally one of his first viral moments was being scared of the confetti in a music show…and even got another one with mingyu at his side), famous for being extra and their resident kpop fan to the point some fandoms like him a lot even if they don’t know his group. Probably the one that had more viral moments for things he does and personality and a lot of armys say he looks like mini JK for his smile and persona -sungho(eldest): the one that seems sane when the group goes off the rails, laughs and reacts a lot to jokes, cute reactions, clean freak, likes to be healthy and exercise, vocalist, puts some order to the group when necessary so he is like an unofficial second leader. When their actual leader is leading the chaos, which is often, he steps up basically. He even said in an interview that when they are having serious conversations and something harsh must be said, he feels he needs to step up cuz he knows jaehyun is too soft and afraid of hurting anyone -Riwoo: calm, introvert, warm, likes to take care and buy stuff for others, throws dad jokes and wordplays like there’s no tomorrow, thinks a lot when he wants to throw a random joke into the convo, eats a lot but can take care is his diet, vocalist, main dancer -taesan: die hard indie rock fan, vocalist and rapper, composer, songwriter, meticulous prankster, kinda shy off stage but very outgoing on stage, collects old vinyls, personalizes lots os things like shoes and clothes. -leehan: loves fishes, specially corydoras, a lot to the point he knows their scientific name and stares at them in their dorm as a kind is meditation, vocalist, quirky, calm extrovert, can do very out of the box things to the point the guys labeled him as the weirdo or alien of the group. - woonhak: maknae, almost the same personality as jaehyun, shouts and laughs a lot, hyper, vocalist and rapper, composer, songwriter, follows jaehyun’s lead in the chaos, wants to be cool but is seen as cute by fans, get teased a lot, eats a lot, everyone’s favorite little bro

This is one of the rare cases where the title track is fighting for best song on the album, imo 1. Last Drop, 2. Night Drive, 3. Cosmic are all so close to being the best here...Great album, it's already on my shelf, looking forward to their next album...Emily, you really need to get to all their B-sides...so many hidden gems...

I've listened to RV for a long time, but really only the title tracks...and I really liked them. When Chill Kill came out, I listened to the entire Album and WOW, what an album, I agree with you, it's one of the best albums I ever heard. I then went back and listened to their entire discography and good lord, what a discography. These ladies have moved up my list of favorite girl groups and now sit on top.
